An enriching rotational program for software engineers with 2-5 years of experience, Millennium’s LEaD (Learning Engineering and Data) program is aimed at accelerating the career growth of individuals who are passionate about the intersection of finance and technology. Based in Miami, LEaD engineers will work alongside technology leadership and mentors on high impact projects that span various teams and technical fields, and participate in a comprehensive learning curriculum focused on developing hard and soft skills essential to growing a career at Millennium.
