Paolo Aloe

Paolo Aloe is Global Head of Operations, Middle Office and Corporate Technology and responsible for the technology infrastructure in support of the firm’s corporate and post-trade functions including reference data, Middle Office, Operations, Compliance, Treasury, Finance, HR and Investor Relations.

Prior to joining Millennium in 2018, Paolo was at Barclays from 2011 – 2018, where he was most recently a Managing Director and Head of Markets Execution Technology and Specialized Infrastructure in the Investment Bank, overseeing all front-office pre-trade and electronic trading systems, the market data and messaging platforms for the bank, and the low-latency co-located infrastructure for all electronic trading businesses. From 2007 – 2011, he was with Goldman Sachs, most recently as a Managing Director and Global Co-Head of Goldman Sachs Electronic Trading Technology and a Goldman Sachs Technology Fellow. Prior to Goldman, he held a variety of senior technology and business roles at NYFIX, Salomon Smith Barney and IBM.

Paolo received his graduate degree in Electronics Engineering from the University of Pisa, Italy.
